Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your drBébee™ products safely and promptly to your doorstep. Below are the shipping terms for all orders placed through our official online store.

🚚 Shipping Within Malaysia

Delivery Coverage:
We currently deliver to all areas within West Malaysia only. Shipping to East Malaysia is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees:

  • FREE shipping for orders above RM120
  • RM10 flat rate for orders below RM120

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days
  • During festive or promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is shipped.
You can track your order via the “View your order” link in your confirmation email, or contact us if needed.

 

📦 Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
  • A second email will be sent once your order has been shipped, with tracking details.
  • If you are unable to locate your parcel or tracking info, kindly email us at cspsm@puresoftsg.com within 5 working days.

 

🏡 Delivery Notes

  • Deliveries are made between 9AM – 5PM, Mondays to Saturdays (excluding public holidays).
  • If no one is available to receive the parcel after two delivery attempts, it may be returned to us.
    ➤Redelivery will be at your own cost.
  • We recommend providing an address where someone is available during delivery hours (e.g. office address).

 

❗ Missing / Incorrect / Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

To make a report:

  1. Email: cspsm@puresoftsg.com
  2. Attach the following:
    • Pick list from the parcel (white A4 sheet)
    • Courier consignment note
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

⚠️ Reports made after 48 hours or without documentation may not be accepted.

 

📦 Self-Collection & International Shipping

  • Self-collection is not available.
  • We do not ship internationally at the moment.
